		<description>After writing this post - I did call Support and they went through the normal checks of &quot;Are you on a wireless router&quot;, &quot;Do you have a firewall, Antivirus etc&quot; and I finally just asked &quot;have I been capped&quot; - the answer was of course yes. I asked what could be done about this - nothing it seems - they have no control. They said they were going to pass me to another dept and I was then cut off. I suppose the only option is 1. Learn to download out of hours or 2. Change service.</description>
