I spotted this device on ARIA and the idea sounds good, it allows you to plug in a USB Hard drive at one end, A Network lead on the other (which would go to your router let us say) and now you have a NAS box but also combined with this is a Bitorrent client which is on 24/7 and allows you to queue up and download torrents to the attached HD. The Price is: £32.14 inc. VAT- seems cheap enough right?

Virtual Audio Cable (VAC)
Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) is an audio driver allowing you to transfer audio streams from one application to another. It creates a pair of the audio input/output devices. Any application can send audio to the output device, and other application can receive this stream from the input device.
If more than one applications are sending audio to VAC, it will mix all streams together. If more than one applications are receiving audio from VAC, it will share the same audio data between all targets.
Belkin Network USB Hub
I spotted this device while out some time ago and the idea looked good, plug in various USB Devices such as Hard Drives, Printers and the like and have them shared out across the network. I choose not to buy this device at the time even if it sounded like what I needed as I like to make sure the device does what I think it should do.
Web Purge 2.0
I had some inspiration that I should go on a purge of all the web sites that I personally think I should stop using, I slept on it overnight to make sure it was not a flash in the pan idea that I would regret later and once my mind was made up, I went on a purge of all the site I had registered and used.
USTREAM TV
The first casualty was Ustream.TV – this was of no use to me and I had my fill so armed with this I made sure I deleted the Video’s I had recorded, removed the show and finally the user accounts, I Mirrored this on my IRC Client, no more shall I be on there for whatever reason, be it watching shows or broadcasting. Mac inability to see Windows Shares.
I am running Mac OS X 10.5. 6 and through the long history of the updates from 10.5.0 till now there has been a problem with seeing Windows Shares on the Mac Finder. The way it should work is simple enough, you open a window showing your drives and listed right there would be all the shares it has found but the list remain empty meaning you have to do this the hard way.

FRAPS – Record the game !!
FRAPS is a Windows Program which runs in the background and captures DirectX or OpenGL Gaming sessions. There is a choice of Displaying FPS (Frames Per Second) or benchmarking the game for a certain amount of time displaying the average FPS.
